FIND YOUR WAY AROUND KOS

Kos as the third largest island of the Dodecanese by area, is quite big. That means that, you will need transportation to get around if you're not on an organized tour:

1) Bicycles

Cycling in Kos is a great alternative, especially in the main town where there is a bicycle lane that covers about 13km of the island, from Psalidi beach to Faros. A common, eco-friendly way of transportation shared by both locals and visitors, that will save you lots of money.

2) Local bus

Public transportation is also an affordable way of reaching most places on the island. The central bus station located in Cleopatras square, provides an itinerary with several bus routes per hour. Further information on http://www.ktel-kos.gr/site_en/ktel-kos-local-bus-schedules
